Interment will follow in Morningside Cemetery.Mr. Monahan was bom July 27. 1904 in Chicago, III., son of Daniel E. and Marv (Kelly) Monahan. HeW *was married to Mary E. (McGinley) Monahan, she survives. He had resided in DuBois since 1944 andwas a former resident of the Hitt sburgh area.He was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, retired employee of the Atlantic Refining Company and the Pennsylvania Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation in which he served as a counselor.He was a member of the Old Timers Baseball Association, the Community Christian Choir, the WCED Baseball Board of Experts,former president of the DuBois Booster Club and the former president of the Rotary Club. Other survivors are three sons,Patrick T. of DuBois, Daniel FT of Charlotte, N.C.. and Thomas M. of Brookville . He was preceded in death by a brother and four sisters.
