IHCKS BAILEY was sworn in as new chief of Robeson County Rescue Squad at the regular meeting Monday night in the American Legion hut. He succeeds H. C. (Foots) Taylor. Also receiving the oath from Judge W. H. Humphrey, Jr., were Asst. Chief Bobby Sessoms and Capt. D. \\\ Biggs, Jr. Capt. Biggs presented the constitution and by-laws which were approved, A copy will be sent to each member of the squad. J. V. Julian and George Dover were appointed to the executive committee to serve with the three officers.
