After the departure of his wife he came to Maynard to make his home with his daughter, Mrs. Julius Sehroeder, a few miles southeast of town. In 1922 the family moved back to Davenport.The body was brought to Maynard Saturday evening and after a brief funeral service conducted by Rev. J. F. Lorch at the Delsing furniture store Sunday afternoon, was laid to rest in Long Grove cemetery.1 T » . 1 T ^ «
