His parents' were John and Sarah Holdren. Mr. Holdren has spent most of his life working in the oil fields.The couple has lived at UnionFurnace for 44 years. They areboth members of the Evangelical United Brethren Church of Union Furnace.They are parents of 15 children, 13 of whom are still living. They are Mrs. Donald Disbennett’ of Commercial Point.
