When I say this league is non-poiitieal, 1 do not mean that our mouths shall remain sealed if it becomes evident in our own estimation that one officer in this community is responsible for tlie financial crisis that now faces us but it would become our duty to relieve the situation so as to bcL-ter economic conditions.
