CELEBRATE THEIRGOLDEN WEDDINGtifttnC(On Tuesday, January 10th, the chil- ,T1 dren, grandchildren, brothers, sisters and friend? gathered at the homo of Mr. and Mrs. John Shinier to cele-brate their golden wedding anni-versary. ' iThe home was beautifully decorated}** in yellow calendulas and whito nnr-j~i cissus; the table \ms very attractive ^ in whito and gold with three decorated *, cakes, the center one being a huge T bride’s cake of whito placed on a gold-1 en base, surrounded by yellow flow-ors, among which were placed eight small forms representing the eight * children, all of whom WOre prekdnt. k On top of the enke was placed a gold-1 en ladder, representing the path oflife leading up to their present anni^ Jversary or. which was placed a minia-tiir© bride and' groom of which the , bride was robed in a white veil and! the groom was dressed in black. Around the base of the ladder was placed fifty dollars in gold, a gift] from the children. j P*A sumptuous dinner was served and jz enjoyed by all. Many beautiful gifts it: were presented to Mr. and Mrs. Shisler by Rev. Molden as tokens of *] love from their friends. ipiProm 3 to 4 p. m. the grandchildren i w entertained the guests with music, lot readings and songs, followed by a «r vocal duet by ^evr airtl^Mrs. Moldeii, C; which was greatly enjoyed.
