Many valuable presents were made by the children and gr«nd-chil-dren of the aged couple. A large number of friends partook of u sumptuous dinner. Maj White is the author of tae Hacred Ilarp Among those present were thirty-four grandchildren, of which number our Mr. Byrd contributed eleven. A still lunger life to the oldest couple iu Dt Kalb.
