11. A. H. Smfthpeter. ^Funeral services were held Fridajp at Cattermole’s parlors in Wmlofe*-Cor R. A, H. Smithpeter, 53 year old resident of Filbert Heights, near Va-der who had lived there the past fourteen years. He was born In Weir City, Kans. Mr. Smithpeter was a victim of pneumonia. He is survivt lt;i by his mother and step-father in Briston, Ore.; the widow, Mrs. Minnie Smithpeter; two daughters, Mr* Iva Sheldon of Vader and Mrs. Ar-line Line of Kelso; a sister, Mrs. .1. H Redding of tParsons. Kans.; and a brother, John Smithpeter of Rogut-River, Ore. Rev. Ira McFarland of the Methodist church officiated at tin last rites.
