Ball State Alumni Here PlanBreakfast Meeting on Jan. 20C. Waverly Myers, assistant football coach at Ball State University, wjlf address the Howard County BSU Alumni Club at a breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 20 at King's Crown Inn.. Myers will discuss highlights of the 1%7 Cardinal football season, including the team's participation in the Granl-land Rice Bowl in December. He will also Introduce varsity squad members from Howard County.Also attending the breakfast will be William Odell, Ball State Alumni Association field director.Darrell Rider, president of the Howard County alumni group, announced that plans will be discussed for the organization’s participation in BSU's Golden Anniversary observance.This will include recognition services far Dr. John R. Emeus, BSU president, who is retiring June 30 and the welcoming of Dr. John J. Pruis, presently of Western Michigan University, as the incoming BSU president.Organized last Nov. 1, the Howard County BSU alumni Club is open to all former university students residing in the area.
