A. J. Boehm.The couple farmed north of State Center until they retired and moved to State Center in 1936.They aro the parents or eight children, Mrs. A. E. Davis, Mrs. U. A. Anaelme, Mrs. Carl Wilken* lng, Mrs. Ferdinand Westphal. and Alvin Gerke, all living in or near State Center. Mrs. Beryl Nason of Culver City, Calif., Donald Gerke of Marshalltown, and Erhard Gerke deceased.Mtb. Gerke was bom In Sulbeck, Germany on June 22,1878 and came to Iowa with her parents in May 1894.Mr. Gerke was born on Dec. 13, 1875 on the farm north of State Center now occupied by hla bod, Alvin.11’yeblblEH
