Rev. II. N. Bakke performed the double ring ceremony in the presence of the immediate families. Miss Alice Mae Thoreson of Ames, close friend of the bride, and Wallace Anderson, Jr., were attendants.After the ceremony, a 'bridal dinner was served by the bride’s mother as-sisted by the bride’s great aunt, Mrs. Peter Egenes. The groom’s parents and 8-year old sister, and Rev. and Mrs. Bakke were sgaiests.The tbride graduated from the Roland school, attended Waldorf Junior 0 College at Forest City, and for the past three years has been employed in Ames.The bridegroom is a graduate ofBluffton High School and is now serving in the Navy.
