S'brel for murder has been set for Monday neat.Tbe indictment against Tnomas J. Sweeney for official misconduct was quashed.John Zinser plead guilty to selling liquor to minors and was fined $20 and coats.Dr. P. M. Hackleroan was continued as Secretary of the County Board of Healtb.The keeping of tbe poor farm for tbe coming year was awarded to Thomas Strassell for $560.Energy Kelley, on a plea of guilty, was fined $25 and costs for keeping gambling bouse.Two new rules of practice, relative to setting causes for trial by tbe clerk, and concerning changes of venue were adopted this term of emrt.Tbe following named gentlemen were summoned to serve as petit jurors for ibis term of coart: Milton Walter?, Luce township; S. D. Graham and John Beeler. Ohio town* ship; Young Powell and Chas Nelson, Hammond township; John Puckett, Huff township; J. P. Englebrecht, Harrison township; Jacob Weller and Allen Gentry, Carter township; W. H. Gem way, Jackson township; B. N. Fisher, Grass township; and John R. Egnew, Olay township.
