Wm. Elford Sr. moved to Hampton, his son Wm. living on the homestead and John on the adjoining farm. Wm. later moved to Manitoba and John and his family to Dakota. Wm’s farm was later bought by David Montgomery whose family took their places in the activities of the neighborhood. John Elford’s farm was bought by Fred Kerslake who built a large barn and brick house and later sold it to Herbert Tink. When on a visit to their son Milton, in Texas.
