Honor Frank Fluckeys' 55th anniversaryAFTON — Mr. and Mrs. Frank Fluckey celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary Dec. 31, 1974. They and their entire family had dinner together at Berning cafe in Creston. The afternoon was spent playing cards and visiting.Present in addition to the honored couple were Mr. and Mrs. Carl Stein of Kimball, Minn., Mrs. Margaret Ross, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hudson, Kitty and Brian, Mrs. George Mathes and Gayle, Mrs. Joe Fluckey, Lisa and Brenda, Mrs. Dan Hudson, Roxanneand Chuck and Mr. and Mrs. Mark Hudson, all of Afton.Also, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Kingery and Scott, Mr. and Mrs. John Justice and Kevin, Mr. and Mrs. Stan Mohr, Lindsey and Stacy and Mr. and Mrs. Ken Shoenhair, Jr., and Matt of Creston, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fluckey, Teresa, Todd and Sheri and Mr. and Mrs. Craig Justice and Johnny of Murray, and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Kingery of Council Bluffs.Theresa Stein and Margaret Ross had attended the Fiuckeys’ wedding in 1919.
