Open House Reception G iven For Mr., Mrs. Harry IF. LeaseM-. and Mrs. Marry W. Lease were entertained in November ii] celebration of their golden wedding anniversary with an open house at tJieir home, Potomac Street, in Cresaplown. The event was given by their children.They are the parents of six children, Virginia E. Van Meter, Winchester Road; Robert E. Lcbsc, Buffalo, N.Y.; Lloyd F. Lease, BarrclviUc, Md.; Mildred Daum, 720 Frederick Street; Ronald Vf. Lease, Lakcview, N.Y., and Phyllis Kay Veneski, Western-port.They also have 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and have eared for 15 foster children in their home.Mr. and Mrs. Lease were married November 27, 1921, at Rawlings Methodist Church by Rev. D?.wis. Mr. Lease is the son of the late Edward and Arzclla Lease, Crcsaptown. Mrs. Lease is the daughter of the late John Wesley and Jeimna (Hamilton) Anderson.Before hb retirement, Mr, Lease was a dairy farmer lor Harry J. Barton.The four-tiered cake and refreshments were served by Mrs. Virginia VnnMcler, Mrs. Gloria Lease, Mrs. Robert Lease, Mrs. Key Veneski and Mrs. Mildred Daum. Mrs, Brenda Breedlove attended gifts.Guests present were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Twigg, SilverSpring. Md.; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Downes and children, Silver Spring; Mr. and Mrs. Fcrman Barton, Mrs. Betty Murphy and daughter, Mrs. Mary Vandenberg, Mrs. Norman Lease, Phil Lease, Mrs. Anna Jenkins, Lisa Jenkins, Mrs. Joseph Glass, Mr. and Mrs. James VanM-atcr, Mrs. Lily Porter, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Nolan, Mrs. Erma Glass. Mrs. Mary Coddmpjon, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Weber and daughter.Mr. anti Mrs. Charles Glass, Mrs. George McKenzie, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Neal is, Mr. French, Mick and Robert Sca-Ictta, Mrs. Erula Henderson, Mrs. Wilda Henry of Williamsport, Md.; Mrs. Tom McCann of Middleton, Wise.; Mrs. Elizabeth McCusler, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Lease, Mrs. Helen Lease, Miss Lana Winters, Mr. and Mrs. Royce Breedlove and children.Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Van Meter and daughter.
