Bob Koop, 2514 North Halstead, and Ken Koop, 116 East 12th.The honorees, of 2500 North Halstead, started their restaurant business in 1949 in Los Angeles, Calif* After owning many different eating establishments in Hutchinson, the Koops and their sons built Mr. K’s and opened it a year ago last July.From their sons and employes, the couple received gold inscribed watches.
