Abercrombie50th anniversary celebrated at partyMr and Mrs Jack D Abercrombie of Ontario were feted with a party recently in honor of their 50th weddinganniversary.*The couple was married on Feb 6. 1924. in Elm Springs. Ark and has lived in Ontario for 47 years Before they retired. Mr and Mrs Abercrombie were owners of the A and S Market in Ontario Since retiring they have traveled extensively in the United States and CanadaThe party was held at the Chapel of the Bells in Ontario w ith the honored couple s son and daughter-in-law. Mr and Mrs B W Abercrombie ot Pomona, as hostsSpecial guests were theirgrandsons, James Abercrombie of Pomona, recently returned from Baumholder. Germany, where he served in the Army, and John Abercrombie of Pomona, recently discharged from the Air Force Also Mrs Abercrombies sisters. Audie Thompson of Heedly, Cleo Ford ot Bakesfield, and Nita Grav and Mrs. B Bradley, both of Ontario; and her brother. Les Holland of Upland Others sepcial guests were Abercrombie's brother. Earl Abercrombie of Lomita. and his sister, Kate Burnett oi Torrance, who was a member of the original wedding party
