The children of Mr. and Mrs. John McAdam* arranged a family celebration in honor of their parents’ 45th weddinganniversary Sunday afternoon at the McAdam home. Attending were Mr; aria Mrs. JackFranklin/Jackie, Jennifer afitt Jeanine* Iola; Mn* and Mrs.. Karl Holloway, Craig and Jill, Wichita; Tom McAdam, Brian, Freddie, Stephanie and Marcy, Mr. and Mrs. Bill McAdam and Johny Dale, Mrs. Bonnie Depoe and Susanna, Colony, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Pdatman, Mound City, Mr. and Mrs. George McAdam, Lone Elm; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Works, Humboldt, and Mrs. Wayne Barnett. A decorated cake and punch were served ^during the afternoon.The honored couple received flowers and gifts and enjoyed the afternoon of visiting. Part of the family were present for_a_ carry-in dinner and the third birthday of little Marcy McAdam was honored at that time and her birthday cake was served.
