Schroederlira. Pauline C, Schroeder, SS, o( Altamont died at 2:55 p.»Monday in St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Granite City.She was a resident of Granite City since UK*, before moving to Altamont six months ago.Mrs. Schroeder was the moth* er of Mrs. Dorothy Slingeriand, an Edwardsvilie resident for 20 years before moving to Alta-moot*Mrs. Schroeder was bom InOkawvilie. She was married to Charles Schroeder, who preceded her in death in 1933. Surviving, in addition to Mrs. Slingeriand, are another daughter, Mrs. Ruth Mann, and a son, E, Marshall Schroeder Sr., both of Granite City, a sister, Mrs. Louise (Fred) Schwankhaus of Okawville, eight grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.Visitation will be after 7 p.m. today in the Mercer Funeral Home, Granite City, where services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
