Fletcher A. PringleMr. and Mrs. Fletcher A. Pringle will observe their 6OU1 wedding anniversary Feb. 27 at Room 2.11, Friendship Haven, Fort Dodge. No special open house will he held because of their health. An * anniversary card shower is planned for them.Eva Little of Dos Moines and Fletcher A. Pringle of Mallard were married in Dcs Moines, Feb. 27, 1009. They established their first home on a farm northwest of Plover, where they made their home until 1023, when they moved to Plover.Mr. Pringle ran an oil station in Plover until about 1964. He was the last one of the business men who were in business when he came to town. He also was a part time school bus driver for a time.They are the parents of two children, Mrs. Vivian Wax of Rolfe and Clarence Pringle of Plover. They have 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild. Both Mr. and Mrs. Pringle were active in local affairs for the community. They attended the Plover Methodist Church and also the Open Bible Church.They lived in their own home until Oct., 1968, when they en- .' tcred Friondslup Haven, Fort Dodge. Mr. Pringle is 94 and for the past year and a half has not been very well. He spends much of his time in bed. Mrs. Pringle is 81 and in good health.Friends are welcome to call on them any time during the week for brief visits.FFA Sweetheart ChosenAt the recent annual FFA Sweetheart dance held in the school lunchroom appropriate decorations of red hearts were lused with a big red and white heart placed between the doorway and the dance “floor.
