On Sunday, February 16th, at their home in South Denver, Mr. and Mrs. George Sturgeon very delightfully entertained at a birthday dinner given in honor of the 78th anniversary of the birth of Mrs. Sturgeon’s father, E. B. Clendening, of Macy, which occurred on that day. O. P. Cover, of Denver, was also to have been an honored guest as his 78th birthday occurred just a few days previous, but on account of the illness of Mrs. Cover,. he was unable to be present.- The guests were: Mrs. Ivy Mull, of North Groye, a sister of Mr. Clendening, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Cook, of Denver, and the childrea of Mr. Clendening,Mrs. J, B. Davidson, of Elkhart, and Mr., and Mrs. S. A. Carvey, of Macy. At the' noon hour a delicious birthday - dinner was served.TO MAKE OFFER.
