On the Death of firs. Wm. Dickey.Sarah Bright, daughter of Ezekiel and Lucrecia Bright, was born at Brookville, Ind., Sept. 17, 1827, and e died at her home in Osgood, Ind., Feb. ] 18, 1897, at the advanced age of over ^ 09 years. She was married to Wm.W. Dickey, Oct. 24, 1852, and to this union were born 11 children—five of whom are still living, 4 sons and one daughter, who with an aged husband and many relatives and friends are left to mourn.She bore her sufferings patiently and the parting forever was extremely pathetic. While she was willing to go, and professed faith in the Lord, yet she was loath to leave the family and dear ones.She lived to a ripe old age. She was a kind mother, a good wife and a pleasant neighbor, and was loved by all who knew her.Funeral services were held at the residence by Rev. Geo. C. Clouds, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Lutheran cemetery at Napoleon, Ind.Peace to her ashes.Card of Thanks—We wish to thank the many friends and neighbors for the many good deeds shown us during the sickness and death of our beloved wife and mother.
