I* Pluemer in Tennyson, Sat* unlay, Feb. 15. A number of neighbors Invaded the house and extend* d congratulations to Mrs. Pluemer on her forty-seventh birthday. She was greatly surprised when the bunch of people entered the house, but soon rallied from her bewilderment andmade tin* occasion pleasant to everyone. Vocal and Instrumental muiet cards, games and social conversation wore the features of the evening. At 11:30 a lunch of sandwiches, cake,pickles and coffee was indulged In, to which oil did ample Justice. Those who took part in this pleasant event were Mlt; sm s. and Mesdumcs J. P. iPeter. John J.
