New Area BusinessTHE SITZMARK CHALET has been operated since Jan. 13 by Jim and Doris Waggoner. Jim is a Roswell native, but the couple moved to Ruidoso from Alaska where Jim was a geophysicist for Union Oil. They said they specialize in people. Pictured with them is their 2-year-old daughter, Sarah.
