Bequests Under Anna Hayen Will Made PublicMrs. Anna Hayen, the widow of the late Hayo Hayen, who died a few weeks following her husband’s death, gave her home, as disclosed in her will which was admitted to probate, last Friday, to her niece, Theda Gerdes, and also the greater part of her furniture. After making a few personal bequests she provided that $100 should be paid to each of the individuals that she sponsored as godmother when they were baptized, as shown by the records of the Lutheran churches of Jones county. The remainder of the estate is to be divided equally among the 61 nephews and nieces named as beneficiaries in her husband’s will. Theodore Rieniets is executor of the will.
