CELEBRATE GOLDEN WEDDING.i GENEVA, Neb., Feb. 20.—Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Picket ell of Geneva were reminded \eslerday that it was thefiftieth anniversary of their marriage when a number of relatives j and friends went 10. their home and look with them the viands for a i dinner which was served ai six o'clock with thirty covers laid. Mrs. D. C. McGaffey, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Pickerell. and also their nieces. Mrs. Frank Moore, of Lincoln. and Owen Merrill and family, ‘Of Omaha, were present. Others of the party were Mr. and Mrs. Q. A. Merrill, Mrs. Venice Tindel and George Pickerell, Mrs. Merrill and Mrs. Tinde! being daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Pickerell and George Pickrell, their son. Other relatives present were Mrs. Winfield Schup-bach, a niece, and family, and Mrs. Charles Krnyon, granddaughter, and j her husband. Two daughters were j unable to be present, Mrs. Claude Dinginan of Casper, Wyo.. and Mrs. | Herbert Madison of Keystone, Neb.Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Dean Smith, .Mrs. George Kenyon and Lee Ililyer were alsoguests.Mrs. Miles Flick, a sister-in-law,whose marriage to Mrs. Pickerell\s brother took place the same day as Mr. and Mrs PlckerelPs, wan pres eut on the occasion. The Pick ere 11-ami Flicks came to Geneva forty-nine years ago and Mr. Flick died j here seven years ago. The double wedding of the couples was held at j the Flick home in Elpaso, 111., Feb j ruary 19. 1874 i
