Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Noel, Joplin, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary at a family dinner today in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Cooper, Joplin.Noel and the former Fdith Lawrence were married Feb 18. 1923, in Joplin. They have three children: Myrtle Bouser and Claude Noel, both of Jop-jin, and Clifford Noe! of Kansas City, Kan. They also have 13 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-stepgrandchildren.—
