NOTICE TO NON-RESIDENTCause No. £5442 STATE OF INDIANA,LAKE COUNTY.In the Lake Circuit Court February Term, 1936 In the Matter of the Adoption of Robert Holton Hout, Francis Leo Hout and Marjorie Jean Hout, Action for Adoption by Owen Robinson Davis.Now comes the plaintiff by E. C. Bush, his attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with aii affivadit of a competent per% showing that the defendant the to-w.it: Leo Hout, is not a res of the State of Indiana.Said defendant is therefore here* by notified of the pendency of said action and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of said Court, and that unless he appear and answer or demur therein, at the calling of said cause, on the 10th day bt April, A. D. 1936, the same being the 59th day of the next term of satd Court to be begun and held in the Court House at Crown Point, in said County and State, on the 1st Monday of February, A.
