The report for the ensuing year was read and well received by all presont.That the Enterprise company is upon a sound basis was shown by the report. A few defects were anticipated and for this reaBon, and at a great expense the officers employed a Mr. Reilly, an experienced auditor of Wisconsin and Illinois to audit the books, who reported a few small defects which will be remedied at once, he stating the store was upon a good financial basis. Two directors were elected for the comingthree years they being Messrs. Wm. Hil-debrandt and Henry Blanke.
