Couple Wed YearsJORDANVILLE - Mr and Mrs. Martin Sarafin Sr., Jordanviile, RD 1, are observing their 65th wedding anniversary today with a quiet family celebration.Sarafin and the former Mary Hugick were married Feb 18, 1919 in Herkimer, and have resided for 27 years in their present home. Prior to moving to Jordanviile Road, they operated the farm on which their son, Martin Jr., resides for 38 years.Thev are members of St *Joseph s Church, Richfield Springs, and its societies Sarafin is a former church trustee and member of Herkimer Lodge, Benevolent Protection of the Order of Elks.The Sarafins have 12 children: Charles and John Sarafin and Mrs. William (Martha) Stark. Herkimer; Joseph, Leon and Paul Sarafin and Mrs. Steven (Marian) Staruck, Jor-danville; Mrs. Leo (Catherine) Kryszcuk, Utica; Stanley Sarafin, Clifton, N.J.; Martin Sarafin Jr., Mohawk; and Mrs. Robert (Genevieve) Buddie and Mrs. Paul (Ann) Szeflinski, Richfield Springs They also have 43 grand children and 24 greatgrandchildren.
