MARTIN RUPNOWMcConnell Couple Plans Open House For AnniversaryMcCONNELL-Mr. and Mrs. Martin Rupnow of McConnell will have an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the McConnell American Legion Home in observance of their 50th wedding anniversary.Martin Rupnow and Inez McGuire were married Feb. 24, 1925, in Gratiot, Wis. They have two children, Everette of Monticello, Wis., and Mrs. Claire (Helen) Cross of McConnell. There are five grandsons and three great-grandchildren.Mr. and Mrs. Rupnow farmed in the Winslow area until recently moving to McConnell.No invitations are being sent and the couple requests that gifts be omitted.
