ieVerdict Waited TodavIn Robbery Trial Of 2A verdict is expected this afternoon in Common Pleas Court in the case of Robert Higgins, 27, of East Liverpool R. D. 1 and William Drumm Jr., 29, of Chester, on trial before Judge Joel H. Sharp Id in connection with the $500 rob-nt bery of Clyde Finley of Chesteral I last July 17.The prosecution and the defense were presenting closing arguments this morning in the three-day trial! and Judge Sharp's charge to the jury was expected immediately afterward.As soon as the jury retires in the Drumm-Higgins case, the court s' will start the trial of Jeff R Whan, 2 34, of Darlington, charged withdriving while intoxicated, according to Prosecuting Atty.
