80 Years of Scouting Feature in Award CeremonyMore than eighty years of Boy Scout service are represented in this picture showing scouts and scouters of the thirty-two-year old Webb Horton Church troop receiving veteran badges at a Barents program last night. Scoutmaster William Southwell, left, who will soon receive a thirty-five year award, is presenting a twenty-five-year badge to Henry Power, troop committeeman, who soon will move from the city. In the group, left to right are: Mr. Southwell, Scout Charles Durland, Committeeman Chanes Hanes, Sr., Scout Austin Cox, Mr. Power, Scout Raymond Tooker and Assistant Scoutmaster John Tenwolde.
