make their home. :CORDES-BLOCKLANDMr. and Mrs. Gran Cordcs of Calumet Av. are announcing the marriage of their daughter, Bonnie to Herman Blockland, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Block land, also of Hammond. The double-ring ceremony was performed in the parsonage of the Rev; Thomas Hueston on Jan. 27. Mrs. Helen Reynolds, sister of the bride, and Mrs. Blanche Cordes, sister-in-law, served as the attendants and Gaylord Fraley-was the best man. The new Mrs. Block land wore a -beige dressmaker suit with black accessories and a corsage of gardenias.The young couple is now residing in Hammond after spending a brief honeymoon in southern Illinois.
