It will be of colonial design, with landscaping and screening.The commission also approved a revised plot plan for a Pizza Hut previously approved for Lynn Garden Drive between the Camara Inn and Kentucky Fried Chicken store. The revised plans call for a larger building than originally proposed, with a 132-seat capacity. Also, it will set back farther from the street than the 35-foot setback originally approved.
