Tft; Anniversary P«r!jri Mr. and Mrs. M. D. McCarville of Conway. Ark., formerly of Atlantic, held open house Sunday in honor of her father, J. II. Simmons, on his 90th birthday. The home was decorated with cut flowers and yellow and green • * were used as the color scheme, j The serving table was laid with a cutwork Irish linen cloth, center-1 * ed with yellow tapers and a birthday cake made by a daughter, Mrs. A. C. Fouts of Indianola. Mrs. McCarville was assisted by her daughters, Mrs. Douglas Dickerson Jr., and Mrs. Charles Dayer.About 40 relatives and friends' attended the gathering and Mr. I™aliAUVftftSimmons received many tele- ja grams, cards and gifts.
