The New Castle Crossing:.The crossing of the Indiana, Bloomington and Western Road with the Pan-Handle at New Castle,which has been creating considerable commotion between the two roads, was decided last Thursday afternoon by Judge Gresham, of the United States Courtjissuing an order, “that the permanent crossing of the I. B. W. Railway across the right of way and track of the Columbus, Chicago and Indiana Central Railwa}*, shall be an under grade crosstng,and shall be located about 939 feet north of the said I., B. lt;fc W. crossingas now located. That the present grade of the C., C. I. C. Railway at the point of said under grade crossing shall he raised hot less than two and one*half feet, and a proper bridge constructed and maintained over said under ground crossing, without expense to the said I., B. lt;fe W. Rallwa) Company.”
