Hopkins.—The editor of the Quitman Herald,who has been on a trip lately, says that improve menu are general and progressive throughout Hopkins county. In Sulphur Springs a movement is on foot to establish a permanent High School, and something near five thousand dollars hare already been sub-scribal for the construction of a suitable building for a school house. Other improvements are going on in the vicinity of the Springs. Pneumonia and measles are at present very bad in this county.
