Linkous anniversaryPeery and Margaret Linkous of Lowell recently celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. They were married Jan. 30,1943.A celebration was hosted by the couple’s son and his spouse, Bill and Barbara Linkous, Sherry Ellington and their grandchildren. Guests from flve different states were presentMr. and Mrs. Linkous are retired from Pharr Yarns after 25 years of service.They have four grandchildren, Peery Lee Linkous, Missy Scruggs, Cindy Linkous, and Matthew Linkous. They also have one great-grandchild, La Shay Scruggs.
