GOLDEN WEDQING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRANTS. Mr.. and Mrs. Charles H. Barkley of 112 E. Cedar Ave. were married SO years on February, 2. In honor of the occasion, their two daughters, Della at home and Mrs. Fred (Kathryn) Philburn of Connellsville, hosted ah open house in the celebrants’ home from, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on February 2.The couple were united in marriage in Uniontown. Mrs. Barkley is the former Lena Shipley, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Everhart Shipley who were of Mill Run. Mr. Barkley is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James. Barkley, who were of Mill Run.Mrs. Barkley was formerly employed by the Crawford Tea Room. Mr. Barkley is retired and was formerly employed by B 0 Railroad.The celebrants are former residents of Mill Run.
