P., P. Leyendecker, county chairman, presided over the meeting, with Hugh S. Cluck as secretary.After discussing the matter of holding primaries it was .decided that they would be held. Voluntary subscriptions were pledged by a number of those present to pay the expenses of the primaries, while a number of the presiding judges and associate judges offered their services free of cost.
