McGrane-Ruddy WeddingAn interesting wedding of the week was solemnized at the St. Joseph church Tuesday morning at 7:30 o’clock when Miss Catherine Ruddy and Mr. Clarence McGrane were united in marriage. The nuptial high mass was celebrated by Rev. Stephan Butler. Sister M. Claudia played the wedding march and music was rendered by the St. Joseph choir of which the bride was long a member.The bride was very attractive in her wedding gown of tan brocaded faille with hat to match. She carried her prayer book.Her attendant • was her cousin, Miss Isabel Bolan of Scranton, who was dressed in a frock of bengaline in a rust shade, with silver trimming. She wore a hat to match her dress and carried a prayer-book.The groom was attended by his brother, Charles. McGrane.Following the impressive ceremony a three-course wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s parents, the guests being the relatives of the immediate families^ Pink and white were used in decorating the dining room and these colors were also brought out in the breakfast. lt;The bride is the charming daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. F. Ruddy of this city. She was bbrn and reared in Carroll and is a graduate of the St. Joseph parochial school and the Carroll high school in the class of 1922. For the last two years and a half she has been employed in the office of the Carroll Gas company, where she has served the public in a cheerful, capable and efficient way.The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John McGrane of thiB city. He was born and raised on a farm near Halbur, but for the last two years the family has been residents of Carroll. He is in the employ of the
