Moulton CoupleMarried 50 YeariOne of the moat pleasurable events in the social history ol Moulton occurred Sunday, February 3, when Mr. and Mrs Frank Ullmann, prominent citizen* of the city, celebrated the fiftiethanniversary of their marriage.Of their ten children, who re side in various parts of the state, one daughter, Mrs. Otto Schultz, was unable to attend the brilliant function. Several intimate friends of the family also participated in the celebration.Sumptuous meals were served noon and evening, which were heartily enjoyed by all present. Miss Allyne Niebuhr, one of the grandchildren, gave a very appropriate toast.The time was spent amid con-• versation, games and dancing until the night had grown vastly old, when the merry throng reluctantly dispersed, wishing the venerable couple many more years of happiness on earth.Mr. Ullmann will be 77 years old in August and Mrs. Ullmann,| nee Miss Annie Gebauer, will be 73 in October.They were married February 4, 1879, at Bodenwald, Austria; came to Texas 47 years ago, located at Schulenburg and later removed to Lavaca county and to Moulton ten years ago.
