)Moulton CoupleMarried 50 Yearsl8ni3€rtIctvialIdiitacEi't*lt;ahlrflt;2One of the moat pleasurable events in the social history of Moulton occurred Sunday, February 3, when Mr. and Mrs FrankUllmann, prominent citizens of the city, celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of their marriage.Of their ten children, who reside in various parts of the state, one daughter, Mrs. Otto Schultz, was unable to attend the brilliant function. Several intimate friends of the family also participated in the celebration.Sumptuous meals were served noon and evening, which were heartily enjoyed by all present. Miss Allyne Niebuhr, one of the grandchildren, gave a very appropriate toast.The time was spent amid conversation, srmes and dancing until the night had grown vastly old, when the merry throng reluctantly dispersed, wishing the venerable couple many more years of happiness on earth.Mr. Ullmann will be 77 years old in August and Mrs. Ullmann, nee Miss Annie (Jebauer, will be73 in October.They were married February 4, 1879, at Bodenvvald, Austria; came to Texas 47 years ago, located at Schulenburg and later removed to Lavaca county and to Moulton ten years ago.They have ten children —Frank Ullmann, Jr., Cheapside; Mrs. Otto Schultz, Normangee; Mrs. Hud. Filip, Shiner; Mrs. William Ullrich, Yorktown; Mrs. Joe Heinrich, Moulton; Mrs. L. A. Niebuhr, Moulton; Mrs. L. J.-Fehrenkamp, Moulton; Mrs. A.F. Nachlinger, Taylor; Joe Ullmann, Port Lavaca; Mrs. H. E. Fehrenkamp, Moulton. They, aUo have 38 grandchildren and ^ one great grandchild.Those participating in the celebration were as follows: Mr. Frank Ullmann *and family, Cheapside; Mr. Rud.
