Ted Balmer, owner of Balmer’sBrake Service and currently Chelsea’s fire chief, has parted with oneof his most prized antique cars forthe sake of historical interest. TheDeal Car which he had restoredhas been returned to Jonesville, thetown where it was manufacturedearly in the century.
