Youngest ‘Child of The Revolution9 Is Patricia Norma NeelProbably the youngest member of the Children of the American Bar* olution in the entire nation is a granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. George M, Neel of Don Casparavenue in this city.The baby, Patricia Norma Neel, was enrolled as a member of the Santa Pe Trail Society, C.A.R., when she was just one day old. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs, George Neel, Jr., of California, and she was bom on January 31. She follows her slightly older sister, Linda Lenore Neel, aged three and one-half tyears, as a member of the local society.The baby's gamdmother Is a member of Stephen Watts Kearny chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, in this city. They are descendants of Dr. Asa Hillyer who served as post surgeon for General George Washington at Valley Forge.
