About twenty year* a go they came to America and wisely selected northwest Iowa aa a place of abode, locating at LeMara where they resided until about three years ago, when they moved to Sheb don. The head of the family, Mr. At belt Zwol, is employed In the Prairie Queen Mills- Last Saturday, Just twenty-five years after the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Van Zwol, they celebrated In this city the silver anniversary of their marriage. The home waa very prettily decorated In Christmas colors and the relatives and friends who gathered with, them to observe the day were given royal entertainment by Mr. and Mrs. Van Zwol and their children. The out of town guests were: Mrs. J. Van Zwol, of LeMars, mother of the gentleman a daughter. Miss Sue Van Zwol, of Orange City, and another daughter, Mrs. M. I*. Dykstra, and her husband, who reside near Sheldon; Mr. and Mrs.of Carnes, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Jasper, of Orange City; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bartels, of Boydea; Miss Dora Dyatra, of Orange City; Mrs. R Bakker and daughter, of LaMars.I1«if1I*
