Application for Lioeaae.NOTICE Is hereby given that the undersigned will apply to the Board of Commi* Burners of Spencer county, Indiana, at their next regular term of court, commencing on lb* first Monday in March 188}, for a licence to sell all kinda of intoxicating liquors, spirituous vinous and malt liquors, in a less quantity than a quart at a time lor a tPrm of one year. My place of business and the precise location of the promises whereon said liquors arc to be sold and drank, is located as follows, viz:' The one and two story frame house situated on the following described real estute, to wif: Com* inencirig 10J feet north of the southeast corner of lot number four (4) in John Carter’s original survey and plat to the town of Richland City, Spencer county, Indiana, running thence north 1G.\ feet, thence west 57 feet, thence south lt£ feet, thefice east 57 feet to the place of beginning.DAVID M.
