ESSAY WINNER—Thomas ~ Solberg, a senior at Aqui-;i nas High School, received a$50 savings bond from the Central La Crosse Lions r Club Monday night for win-^ ning the club’s peace essayp contest. Solberg, the son ofMr. and Mrs. Clayton Solberg, 2317 Winnebago St., was also presented a plaque from Lions International at the dinner meeting in the Fireside. The essay will be judged in the district contest Feb. 10.t
