Today Spencer town:-! ip s celebrating the com pletion of its new school building, of which the above is a picture, with an all-day picnic. Visitors during the morning session will see the pupils and teachers at their regular work. At noon a big basket dinner will be served in the domestic science department. During the afternoon a fine program will be given by the lt;pupils of the various departments in the large auditorium. At night talks will be given by various ofiicials. Mr. J. H. Cook of Columbus, Assistant , State Superintendent of Public Instruction, will give the main address, after which he will present to the board people the first grade high school I charter just granted to Spencer.
